HR Business Partner (Regional - North)

Job Type: Full-time, 18-month fixed term contract

Salary: £75,000 + car allowance and bonus

Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite with travel between Durham and Manchester

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England. As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with senior leaders and line management to provide strategic and operational HR advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support across the employee lifecycle to senior leaders and line management
  • Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Coach leadership and line management on best practice and improve capability and self-sufficiency
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services

Requirements:

  • Strong generalist HR background with experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Experience in the NHS or public sector is desirable
  • Regional HR Business Partner experience with flexibility to travel onsite
