HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England over the next 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational HR advice and support to senior leaders and line management across the full employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes.
- Coach leadership and line management on best practice and improve capability and self-sufficiency.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services.
- Strong generalist HR background with experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience in the NHS or public sector is desirable.
- Regional HR Business Partner role with experience and flexibility to travel onsite across the Northern Hubs.
