Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England over the next 18 months. As a key member of our People team, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to senior leaders and line management, driving business outcomes and improving capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle to senior leaders and line management
- Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes
- Coach leadership and line management on best practice, improving capability and self-sufficiency
- Support with Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and other HR initiatives
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services
Requirements:
- Strong generalist HR background with experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience in a regional HR Business Partner role, with flexibility to travel onsite across the Northern Hubs
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
