Job Title: Chief of Care Quality and Governance

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our Bi-Borough Place-Based Partnership as the Chief of Care Quality and Governance. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change and develop strategic service plans that improve the quality of patient care and reduce health inequalities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for improving care quality and governance across the Bi-Borough.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive new opportunities for service integration and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners, including local authorities, the NHS, and the voluntary sector.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Bi-Borough Place-Based Partnership, ensuring that it remains fit for purpose and aligned with the broader strategic policy context.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as healthcare or public policy.
  • Significant experience in a senior strategic service improvement and/or performance management role in the public sector.
  • Proven track record of leading transformational change and developing strategic service plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade individuals and groups.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and re-focus the team on new priority areas as needed.
