Chief Medical Officer Opportunity

Community Reach Center (CRC) is seeking a progressive and mission-driven physician leader to become their next Chief Medical Officer. As a key member of the leadership team, the CMO will provide medical leadership of all CRC service lines, supervising medical provider staff and collaborating with the COO on clinical and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with state and company policies governing mental health services.
  • Coordinate medical services with other departments throughout the organization.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure quality patient care.
  • Recruit, select, and review credentials of qualified physicians and clinical staff.
  • Supervise direct reports and medical students for clinical supervision and training.
Requirements
  • Good standing current MD or DO from accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
  • Board eligible or certified in psychiatry and maintained in good standing.
  • Supervisory or management experience in community psychiatry and up to date knowledge of psychopharmacology.
  • Experience working with differing payment models, care transformation, and strategic growth.
