Job Title: Senior Primary Care Clinical Research Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Primary Care Clinical Research Pharmacist to join our team at Healthcare Central London. As a key member of our Clinical Pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical research services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  2. Provide operational clinical input into the design and delivery of clinical trials, including patient-facing functions and data management.
  3. Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures to support the delivery of clinical trials involving medication and related substances.
  4. Train medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff in all aspects of handling drugs in clinical trials.
  5. Report any adverse events via national, regional, and local systems in a timely fashion.
  6. Produce reports in line with the requirements of the various clinical trials.
  7. Remain up to date on best practice with regards to delivering clinical trials, including completing necessary training as recommended by the Head of Pharmacy or Head of Business Intelligence.
Requirements:
  • GPhC registration.
  • Experience in clinical trials and research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems.
