Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist with On-Call Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist with on-call expertise to join our Pharmacy Team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy services to designated wards, working across various clinical disciplines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the optimization of medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and improve nursing services.
  • Participate in the on-call pharmacist roster for urgent medicine supply and provision of medicine-related information.
  • Contribute to the weekend and bank holiday pharmacy service according to an agreed roster.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist with on-call expertise.
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of medication management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
