Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team at The London Clinic. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive and patient-centred clinical pharmacy service across various medical and surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective patient care through the delivery of clinical pharmacy services.
  • Lead on the development of clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the on-call pharmacist roster for urgent medicine supply and provision of medicine-related information.
  • Contribute to the weekend and bank holiday pharmacy service according to an agreed roster.

Requirements

  • Band 7 equivalent salary range based on skills and experience.
  • Contributory pension scheme, private medical healthcare, and 33 days' annual leave.
