Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist with On-Call

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist with On-Call experience to join our Pharmacy Team at The London Clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding multidisciplinary team, providing a comprehensive and patient-centred clinical pharmacy service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to designated wards, working across various clinical disciplines.
  • Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the on-call pharmacist roster for urgent medicines and provision of medicine-related information.
  • Contribute to ongoing development and service improvements in nursing areas in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.
