Job Title: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist with On-Call Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our Pharmacy Team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service across a range of medical and surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive and effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to designated wards.
  • Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
  • Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the on-call pharmacist roster for the supply of urgent medicines and provision of medicine-related information.
  • Participate in the weekend and bank holiday pharmacy service according to an agreed roster.
Requirements:
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist with a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification.
  • Experience in an acute healthcare environment.
  • Patient-focused, proactive, and dynamic to operate effectively as the first point of contact for Pharmacy services.
  • Organized, flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and have good judgment to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
