About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our successful teams in our retail travel branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of travel consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets, while ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the retail branch.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while identifying and meeting customers' needs.
  • Business Development: Increase the exposure of the branch and develop new business leads through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Staff Development: Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the effective operation of the retail branch, including the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and general welfare of branch staff is maintained, and that all practices relating to health and safety in the workplace are adhered to.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail travel environment, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven business development skills, with the ability to increase sales and profitability through effective marketing and sales strategies.
