With ambitious plans to extend their reach into Europe and Australia, they are poised for further expansion.

Role Summary:

This position presents an exciting chance to join a fast-growing organization, reporting directly to a senior operations manager and collaborating with a team of five. The role involves managing significant client accounts and overseeing operational and supply chain processes to ensure seamless delivery. If you thrive on problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with customers and international teams.
  • Input product and order information into internal and client systems.
  • Collaborate with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary contact for factories to ensure compliance with audits.
  • Understand and manage customer packaging and labeling specifications.
  • Provide status updates to the operations team during weekly meetings.
  • Develop relationships with external suppliers to support the complete supply chain process.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with inbound operations.
  • Oversee stock planning to ensure accurate supply levels and optimize cash flow.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations or supply chain role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with FMCG products.
  • Knowledge of export and customs processes.
  • Strong skills in relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERP systems.

Salary: £35,000
