We are building the fastest, most powerful customer support platform for the next generation of B2C and B2B companies. Our platform helps established businesses and early-stage companies streamline business-critical support by making it easy to collaborate with your team and to use your own data to speed up your workflow.

We have a fast-growing number of customers that we're really excited about and we're just getting started. We want Plain to be awesome for small businesses, medium-sized businesses, and large enterprises alike.

Our Task

Our task now is to find more businesses like that and to help them fall in love with Plain. This is where you come in.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B companies and B2C companies that align with our goals and values.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at these companies.

• Collaborate with our team to understand the needs of our customers and to develop solutions that meet those needs.

• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
