Account Director Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading TFM Service Provider to find a seasoned Account Director to drive business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the retention of key client contracts, building strong relationships and negotiating profit levels.
  • Identify and address potential issues that may impact client re-appointment or contract termination.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to provide solutions and drive business growth.
  • Conduct annual client interviews, maintain accurate Relationship Matrices, and oversee Bid Management teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven business development and retention skills.
  • Strong understanding of Operations and ability to work closely with the Operations team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
