Marc Daniels is seeking a skilled Credit Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert credit advice to businesses and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Manage and oversee the FSSC team, ensuring processes are followed and investigations are completed efficiently.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Liaise with the FSSC to ensure efficient cash management and maintain clean AR ledgers.
  • Analyze data and business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Support legal proceedings as needed, and provide timely data and commentary to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement measures for the credit function.
  • Provide local credit administrative support and respond to internal customer queries.
  • Work with the Sales team to assess and calculate dealer credit limits, and liaise with dealers to obtain additional securities when necessary.
  • Identify improvements to credit processes and assist in their implementation.
  • Provide support to other branches and assist with special projects as defined by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in credit control, preferably in a company making international sales.
  • Knowledge of international payment methods, securities, and trade credit insurance.
  • Systems and process knowledge in O2C and SAP fields.
  • Language skills: Swiss German, French, German.
