- Proactively manage customer accounts to minimize outstanding balances, applying your knowledge of financial solutions and economic principles.
- Partner with sales teams, leasing partners, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues, promoting a cohesive and effective approach.
- Manage stopped accounts and escalate to litigation when necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Reconcile and resolve complex accounts with accuracy, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Keep CRM and credit files consistently updated, maintaining a high level of data integrity and organization.
- Identify areas for continuous process improvement, applying your knowledge of business operations and credit management techniques.
- 3-5 years of experience in credit control, debt recovery, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong understanding of credit management and collection techniques, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Familiarity with financial solutions and economic principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
- Proven ability to manage long-term customer relationships, with a focus on building trust and cooperation.
