Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the diabetes centre, including diary management, meeting organization, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal departments, external agencies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including clients, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
