As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, including trend lab values, tracking metrics on vital signs, weight, and outcome management.

- Ensure the highest level of care for patients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Train and supervise staff as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
