Join Our Team as a Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our team at KDI Knickerbocker Dialysis, Inc. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering exceptional care.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical goals and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or critical care.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
