Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients.

  • Monitor and analyze patient data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
