Branch Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the Dartford Service Branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to advance their career with Stannah.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and internal departments via phone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution. You will also coordinate and schedule work for field engineers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers, field engineers, and internal departments via phone and email.
- Coordinating and scheduling work for field engineers.
- Processing invoices, resolving billing queries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Generating reports using Excel to support administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an admin job or similar role.
- A strong customer service focus and excellent IT proficiency.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
