What We're Looking For:

We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who embodies leadership qualities, a passion for quality food, and excellent communication skills. As our ideal candidate, you will:

  • Champion exceptional service through quality food and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective staff rota management, training, and health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes, driving sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Demonstrate proactive planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labor.
