As a key member of our rehabilitation and recovery services, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex and enduring mental health difficulties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clinical handover and allocation of patient care and therapeutic activities
  • Ensuring activities of daily living are supported in a person-centred way, focusing on independence and wellbeing
  • Medication administration and care planning, risk assessments, and discharge planning
  • Supervision of junior colleagues and participation in MDT meetings
  • Ensuring the Mental Health Act is correctly applied

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mental Health Professional who can demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in rehabilitation and recovery services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
