Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Support to join our well-established team on a temporary to permanent basis. As an Admin Support, you will be working closely with our sales team and technicians to provide administrative support, prepare quotations, and maintain an up-to-date customer database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, providing regular reports and insights to the sales team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of organization and multitasking skills.
