ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Regional Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to secure new distribution channels for our partners' vaping products by fostering and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in retail establishments.

· Conduct research and identify potential clients through diverse lead generation methods.

· Cultivate strong partnerships with independent retailers to enhance sales of vaping products.

· Propel business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering persuasive presentations, and successfully closing deals.

· Maintain high standards of customer service.

· Efficiently manage your time and territory plan to maximize productivity.

· Ensure that CRM systems are consistently updated.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Essential Qualifications:

· Possession of a valid driving license.

· Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales roles.

· Eager to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.

· Excellent team player with a friendly demeanor.

· Effective time management skills to ensure high productivity levels.

· Commercially savvy with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

· Competitive base salary up to: £32,500.

· Commission structure: OTE of an additional £10,000, with uncapped potential for overachievement.

· £5,000 car allowance.

· Provision of an iPhone and laptop.

· 5% pension contribution.

· Monthly wellbeing allowance of £40.
