Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the South East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including national merchants and independent merchants.
  • Utilize our CRM system to identify new sales opportunities and track customer interactions.
  • Work closely with our merchant sales reps to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of how a merchant works.
  • Experience of selling construction products to contractors and house builders.
  • Strong knowledge of the South East region and its construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
