Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our products directly to site, focusing on contractors and builders in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out your local area and identify potential customers, including national merchants and independent stockists.
- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage customer relationships and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with merchant sales reps to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of how a merchant works.
- Experience of selling construction products to contractors and builders.
- Knowledge of the South East region and its construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
