Job Summary

Coworth Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Co-ordinator Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for supervising Guest Service Receptionists, ensuring that all required tasks are completed on a daily basis, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist Guest Service Receptionists in completing tasks and resolving issues
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Supervise billing and ensure folios are accurate and up-to-date
  • Liaise with VIP guests to ensure their needs are met
  • Deal promptly and effectively with guest concerns
  • Conduct shift handovers with the Guest Service Manager
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager as needed
  • Identify training needs of Guest Service Co-ordinators and communicate with management
  • Carry out on-the-job training with Guest Service Receptionists
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel
  • Attend training courses as necessary

Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service to guests
  • Customer service orientated
  • Experience with Opera
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Team player
