ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a proactive individual to support our Founder, taking full ownership of office responsibilities and shaping the role to your strengths.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Founder and assisting the Operations Supervisor and Finance & HR Services;
  • Managing customer service inquiries, sales, and complaints;
  • Supporting HR functions and recruitment processes;
  • Overseeing office inventory management;
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conducting risk assessments;
  • Assisting with accounts and payroll as needed;
  • Coordinating daily office operations;
  • Building relationships with clients, both existing and prospective;
  • Managing our social media presence with your unique voice and creativity;
  • Handling calendar management for meetings, deliveries, and work schedules.

POSITION DETAILS

Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week (preferably 09:30 AM - 3:00 PM, negotiable)
