ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive individual to support our Founder by managing office operations and making the role uniquely yours.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Founder and assisting the Operations Supervisor and Finance & HR Services;
  • Managing customer service inquiries and resolving issues;
  • Supporting HR functions and recruitment processes;
  • Overseeing office inventory and organization;
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conducting risk assessments;
  • Assisting with accounts and payroll as needed;
  • Coordinating daily office activities;
  • Building relationships with clients, both existing and prospective;
  • Managing social media presence with your creative touch;
  • Handling calendar management for meetings, deliveries, and schedules.

POSITION DETAILS

Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week (preferably 09:30 AM - 3:00 PM, negotiable)
