Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, debits, and credits, and ensure stock availability.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal departments like Sales, Planning, and Production to ensure successful delivery of projects to clients.
  • Order Updates: Keep customers informed on progress of orders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with Logistics companies to facilitate the delivery of orders, completing all associated paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, with great communication skills.
  • Team Player: Able to work as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Brilliant computer skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working within logistics would be desirable but not essential.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive and enthusiastic character.
