We are a thriving online retail enterprise, focusing on customized gifts and homeware products. We are in search of a seasoned Office Manager to enhance our operations. This pivotal position demands a meticulous professional who thrives in a dynamic setting. With a robust presence across various online platforms and our own successful e-commerce sites, we aim to broaden our reach, including potential international markets. In your capacity as Office Manager, you will not only manage daily operations but also play an integral role in overseeing HR functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and aiding in the team's expansion.

- Proven experience in general office management within an administrative setting
- Preferred background in HR and/or recruitment, with a solid understanding of employment legislation and safe recruitment practices
- Experience in addressing customer inquiries
- Strong management capabilities

What will your responsibilities include?
- Overseeing inquiries and delivering outstanding customer service
- Collaborating with various online marketplaces and platforms
- Managing HR processes within the organization
- Maintaining employee records and managing the employee lifecycle
- Assisting in staff training and development
- Processing monthly payroll information
- Managing employee attendance
- Providing comprehensive support for HR functions, including during disciplinary actions
- Offering additional administrative support as needed
- Ensuring an organized and comprehensive filing system and up-to-date administrative processes
- Executing business transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with various office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinating the procurement of materials and inventory
