About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with client communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Perform various tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator in a financial services or wealth management environment.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
