Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client portfolios to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for financial planning
  • Prepare and send suitability reports and letters of authority to clients
  • Input policy details into our system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Liaise with Financial Advisors to discuss client needs and provide administrative support
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure that all files worked on are compliant with industry regulations and FCA rules
  • Complete complex administrative tasks to support the team's workload
Requirements:
  • Experience working in Administration, Pension, Investment, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial calculations
  • Excellent IT skills to navigate our system and software
