Service Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Controller to join our dynamic team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd.

Job Summary

The Service Controller will be responsible for coordinating and managing the service schedules of our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage service orders and schedules
  • Update and maintain CRM system with accurate and timely information
  • Monitor and communicate with customers regarding service schedules and updates
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and coordinate engineer diaries and schedules
  • Handle warranty and repair requests
  • Generate quotes and repair estimates for products
  • Book and schedule service and maintenance jobs
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and planning background
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating engineer diaries
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
