Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team at Anne Corder Recruitment. As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Service Coordinators across multiple sites, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Coordinators, including performance reviews, training, and development.
- Collaborate with the Service & Support Manager to improve departmental efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to develop business within a 2-hour radius.
- Handle customer complaints and oversee the escalation process to ensure swift resolution.
- Monitor service performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
- Support the Service Coordinators with day-to-day operations, such as proposals, invoicing, and purchasing.
- Assist with service and contractor contract renewals, as well as engineer time bookings and KPI tracking.
- Perform general administrative duties related to service operations, fleet management, and health & safety documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role within a service or support environment.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in the food, beverage, dairy, or related industries is a plus but not essential.
