Job Summary:

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager - HR Advisor to join our team. As an Employee Relations Manager - HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a professional Human Resources Advisory and Policy service to a range of identified customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance to support customers in the day-to-day operational management of their services.
  • Work closely with other Employee Relations Managers to effectively manage work allocation and deliver a coordinated service.
  • Develop and improve HR policy and practice, and apply these across all partners to support the delivery of co-ordinated solutions.
  • Provide HR support to managers through change processes and on employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Deliver a range of successful HR interventions within a large organisation, to a range of services and audiences at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Detailed and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, HR policy and procedures.
  • Significant experience of advising managers through change processes and on employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Experience of providing and delivering a range of successful HR interventions within a large organisation.
  • Up-to-date understanding of HR and industry trends and best practice.
  • Understanding of Public Sector terms and conditions, the role of local and national agreements.
  • Political and organisational awareness, with experience of working in a large and complex public sector environment.
