HR Business Partner Opportunity

A luxury accessories retailer based in the Stratford area is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

This esteemed brand has established a strong presence in the luxury market, renowned for its timeless and collectable accessories, which has allowed it to develop a loyal customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of around 150 employees and working closely with 7 key stakeholders to address and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include developing strategies and plans across all HR functions, providing guidance on employee relations, and overseeing external projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and delivering training sessions, as well as recruitment and onboarding.

Visiting stores in the London area will be a regular requirement, and a proactive attitude is essential for this role.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in HRBP or similar role
