About the Role

GTCO Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound sales calls to other businesses to promote our clients' products and services
  • Generating leads and appointments through targeted sales efforts
  • Focusing on quality over quantity to maximize overall results
Requirements
  • 5 years of telemarketing experience minimum
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales/call experience essential
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • People person with good communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Self-motivated with a good attitude and energy to succeed
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
Benefits

Salary and Commission

The salary is starting from £28-30k with uncapped commission circa £10k. The commission is paid per appointment set, with a minimum of 12-15 appointments required to be confirmed at interview stage.
