Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and operational efficiency
  • Streamline processes to enhance data management and project execution
  • Assist in developing pricing models, sales incentives, and strategies for market growth
  • Coordinate data integrations across various tools and platforms to ensure data accuracy
  • Evaluate and interpret customer satisfaction metrics, driving improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate change management for the introduction of new tools and systems
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market strategies
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and implement automation solutions to minimize manual interventions

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar field
  • Understanding of data integration and governance methodologies
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in supporting customer-facing teams and fostering collaboration
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for a hybrid work setting
