As the company continues to grow, the HR Advisor will oversee all HR functions and be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing employee benefits, including researching and appraising potential enhancements to the company benefits package
  • Providing support to management regarding employee relations, absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives
  • Managing the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and selection
  • Administering documentation, including offer letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions, and other communications
  • Reviewing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legislation and consistency with the employee handbook
  • Producing monthly reports and statistics to measure HR inputs, costs, and successes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and holiday schedules
  • Conducting weekly payroll reviews to ensure accuracy of timesheets and payslips
