Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the Finance department, this role will play a vital part in supporting the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing company and progress to board level. The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced HR professional who is comfortable working independently and driving the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee benefits, including research and appraisal of potential enhancements
  • Provide support to management on employee relations, absence, disciplinary/grievances, and performance management
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Administer documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and job descriptions
  • Review and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Produce monthly reports on HR inputs, costs, and successes
  • Maintain employee records and holidays
  • Conduct weekly payroll and ensure accuracy of timesheets and payslips

Requirements:

  • Confident and experienced HR professional
  • Ability to work independently and drive company mission and values
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and produce reports
  • Proficient in HR software and systems
