HR Generalist

This HR Advisor position in the Education sector requires an experienced HR professional who is strong in employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resources team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisation.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinary, and grievances up to tribunals and appeals.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Participate in HR projects as required.
- Promote equality and diversity within the workplace.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a HR Advisory role and developing People Policies, managing employment-related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and delivering a customer-focused people advisor service.
What We Offer:
An excellent salary package of £33,900 - £37,000 DOE.

Annual leave starting at 25 days, plus 8 statutory days and 5 customary days (taken at Easter and Christmas) per year.
