Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. As the most senior HR professional in the UK, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day frontline HR support to under 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist managers with the recruitment process, including advertising roles, interviewing candidates, and issuing contract paperwork.
  • Manage employee absences, including monitoring sickness and conducting return-to-work interviews.
  • Conduct investigations and disciplinaries alongside the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of new starters, leavers, salary changes, and other ad-hoc updates on the HR database and other business systems.
  • Prepare and submit necessary HR reports to the senior management team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
