HR Advisor Role in Education Sector

This HR Advisor position in the Education sector requires an experienced HR professional who is strong in employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Human Resources team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisation.
  2. Assist in the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  4. Handle employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinary, and grievances up to tribunals and appeals.
  5. Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  7. Participate in HR projects as required.
  8. Promote equality and diversity within the workplace.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a HR Advisory role and developing People Policies, managing employment-related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and delivering a customer-focused people advisor service.

An excellent salary package of £33,900 - £37,000 DOE.

Generous employer contribution pension schemes.

Annual leave starting at 25 days, plus 8 statutory days and 5 customary days (taken at Easter and Christmas) per year.
