Job Title: Customer Care Advisor

Job Summary:

Tosca is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a key role in safeguarding our assets and preventing losses, creating a competitive advantage for Tosca and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure business continuity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard and train customers on our online system, offering support for placing orders, stock declarations, and managing stock balances.
  • Conduct period-end account checks to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Manage customer master data and serve as the primary point of contact for reporting quality issues.
  • Liaise with the Quality Department to resolve customer quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Training as an industrial clerk, office management assistant, or equivalent experience in a customer support position.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with training provided for our internal software.
