Responsabilités du Responsable Fiscal :

Le Responsable Fiscal sera chargé d'assurer la soumission précise et dans les délais de toutes les déclarations fiscales directes et indirectes requises pour le Groupe Automobile, couvrant plusieurs juridictions, y compris la révision des données transactionnelles et les rapprochements. Ce rôle soutiendra également les équipes financières et commerciales dans un rôle consultatif.

Le titulaire du poste participera également au développement de notre système ERP (SAP S4 Hana) et sera donc attendu pour jouer un rôle dans ce développement, y compris l'intégration d'une solution de moteur fiscal. Il devra également aider l'ensemble de l'entreprise à comprendre et à respecter les nouveaux processus.

Responsabilités Indirectes :

  • Maintenir les processus de reporting de conformité fiscale indirecte, en mettant en œuvre les ajustements appropriés pour refléter les changements externes introduits par les autorités fiscales pertinentes.
  • Préparer et soumettre les obligations de conformité en matière de TVA du Groupe, y compris les déclarations de TVA, Intrastat et les listes de ventes EC, avec une analyse de soutien pour la révision de la direction.
  • Assurer la comptabilité de la TVA, y compris la révision des écritures financières par code fiscal et le rapprochement des déclarations de TVA avec le grand livre.
  • Assister au développement des politiques AP et AR, en supervisant et en formant les équipes financières et commerciales sur les questions de fiscalité indirecte.
  • Valider régulièrement les factures de vente et d'achat du point de vue de la TVA et faire rapport sur les questions de conformité.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les connaissances sur les lois et règlements spécifiques à chaque pays concernant la TVA.
  • Fournir une assistance pour les questions générales liées à la TVA, y compris le soutien interne à l'équipe des achats pour les demandes des fournisseurs.
  • Soutenir le Contrôleur Financier du Groupe dans l'introduction et la gestion continue d'une solution de moteur fiscal.
  • Préparer des données clés pour les demandes de remboursement de TVA à l'étranger.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés pour garantir un reporting efficace et précis.
  • Fournir des informations lors des audits internes et externes de la TVA.

Responsabilités Directes :

  • Compiler et finaliser le pack fiscal du Groupe pour soutenir les déclarations d'impôt sur les sociétés annuelles.
  • Assister à la préparation des demandes de crédit d'impôt pour la recherche et développement.

Reporting Général :

  • Aider à la production des comptes annuels pour le Groupe Automobile.
  • Soutenir le Responsable de la Comptabilité Financière dans les activités de clôture de fin de mois.
  • Produire des rapprochements mensuels pour tous les comptes fiscaux.
  • Soutenir le Responsable de la Comptabilité Financière selon les besoins pour les exigences de reporting interne et externe.

Profil recherché :

  • Qualification comptable (AAT ou ATT entièrement qualifié, ou ACCA/ACA/CIMA partiellement ou entièrement qualifié, ou diplôme pertinent).
  • Expérience dans la préparation et la soumission de déclarations de TVA au Royaume-Uni et à l'étranger.
  • Compétences avancées en Excel et systèmes financiers (expérience SAP souhaitable).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement le temps et à respecter les délais.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie automobile et/ou manufacturière souhaitable mais non essentielle.
