About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Field Sales Representative to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales growth for complex, full-service offerings, consistent with company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with field sales representatives to achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets by analyzing new customer pipelines and prospecting new customers.
  2. Develop and implement customer account plans to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity.
  3. Identify, qualify, and capitalize on new sales opportunities by interpreting prospective customers' needs and making informed decisions and recommendations to management.
  4. Proactively coordinate the lead identification and qualification process through the sales cycle.
  5. Maintain and grow multiple existing customer and partner relationships, as well as identify new customers through proactive call planning and execution.
  6. Engage with customers and target audience through telephone, email, and internet-based meetings.
  7. Participate in joint calls in the field with field sales representatives as needed.
  8. Communicate directly with sales management and sales colleagues to ensure consistency of approach and standardized outputs.
  9. Maximize sales by effectively utilizing sales and marketing materials, databases, and technologies.
  10. Stay up-to-date on sales/technical knowledge of relevant specialties and disease areas.
  11. Execute against leads, tasks, and assignments from all sources, and record these activities in CRM.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree and related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  2. Demonstrable B2B sales experience in clinical trials.
  3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and across multiple field sales organizations.
  4. Possess advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Internet.
  5. Ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources and systems.
  6. Positive, energetic, flexible, and supportive attitude in a challenging environment.
