Are you enthusiastic about sales and enhancing product visibility? We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to collaborate with various retail locations. The perfect candidate should possess experience in retail sales or customer service and have a passion for mentoring others. Sales Duties:
  • Establish robust relationships with retail staff and management
  • Advocate for the brand and its product advantages to store personnel and customers
  • Leverage CRM tools for documenting sales activities
  • Organize promotional events to boost sales
  • Ensure effective in-store promotions
  • Deliver performance reports to the Regional Manager
  • Forge and execute partnerships
  • Optimize brand presence
Training Duties:
  • Facilitate product knowledge and sales training workshops
  • Instruct store teams on product usage and upkeep
Service Duties:
  • Spot service and upselling prospects
  • Support customer service initiatives
  • Assess and replenish product inventory
Merchandising Duties:
  • Oversee signage and product displays
  • Manage inventory orders to maintain stock levels
Additional Duties:
  • Provide support across the region
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Complete necessary documentation

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising
  • Capability to coach and guide others
  • Preferred background in retail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license required
