As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones with key accounts in the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical industry
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Manage customer relationships through CRM software
- Deliver presentations and pitches to secure new business
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a strong background in biology, medicine, or a related field
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the medical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 after probation
- Uncapped quarterly commission scheme
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown period
